Transportation:
Each guest is responsible for booking and purchasing their individual airline tickets. American Airlines usually has the best itineraries to St. Croix from the states. Schedules with one change of planes are common from most major US cities, arriving in St. Croix mid-afternoon. Visit www.orbitz.com or www.travelocity.com or site of choice for best availability.

Accomodations:
Pink Fancy B & B Inn
Each couple will need to contact Kevin at the Pink Fancy as soon as they decide to attend the week in St.Croix in order to book their room of choice. Rooms are first come, first serve. He can be reached at 800-524-2045 or 340-773-8460.
There are a total of 10 rooms available for guests. Four are standard rooms, and 6 are Caribbean Classic.

Cost of rooms, including full breakfast for each guest, are as follows:

Caribbean Classic----$145 per night, per couple
Standard-----------------$125 per night, per couple

Taxes do apply (please consult with Pink Fancy for these charges). Payments are to be made directly to The Pink Fancy.

Cancellation guidelines do apply. Each guest will be advised of cancellation deadline at time of booking.

Concerts/Entertainment:
Each guest is entitled to attend all nightly scheduled concerts, and any concert planned and open to the public for paid admission. Most performances will take place evenings at the Pink Fancy.

The cost for all concert and entertainment events during the week is $375 per person. A 50% deposit is due at the time the room is reserved. Guests must contact BRIAN SILBER at 340-690-2400, or brisilber@gmail.com to reserve space and for payment arrangements. Only personal or certified checks or money orders will be accepted for concerts and entertainment. A 50% per person cancellation fee does apply if cancelled after March 10, 2008. Deposits are fully refundable prior to March 10, 2008, less a $50 handling fee, per person.
